Refund Policy

At Papgram.com, we are committed to providing high-quality subscription-based services to support your academic and creative needs. We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Refunds

Because our service provides instant access to digital tools and resources, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service, and our support team was unable to resolve them.
  • You cancelled your subscription promptly but were still charged in error.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@papgram.com within 7 days of the original purchase. Please include your account details and the reason for your request.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Free Trials

If your subscription began with a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid subscription begins, the refund policy above will apply.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without contacting us first, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Please reach out to our support team before initiating a dispute.
